The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) at Ithaca College included HALEEMA in this year’s lineup. This well-established festival will screen the film on April 10th at 2:00pm on campus.

HALEEMA premieres in Colombia
The Festival Internacional De Cine Por Los Derechos Humanos in Bogotá will screen HALEEMA twice during this year’s festival April 7-11.
The screenings will be:
8. April at the Biblioteca Pública El Tunal starting at 6:30pm in the Auditorio
10. April at the Impact Hub between 3-8pm

During the past week of November HALEEMA was screened in Russia and Sweden:
The Voices from the Waters International Traveling Film Festival in Göteborg screened the film on Friday November 28th.
The Green Vision International Environmental Film Festival in St. Petersburg screened the film on November 25th.

HALEEMA premieres in Finland!
The Tampere Human Rights Film Festival will screen HALEEMA next week, November 8th at 6pm.
Tampere Human Rights Film Festival is the first film festival focusing on human rights issues in the Northern Europe. The event was organized for the first time last year.
The theme of the second edition of the festival is water and nutrition. The program consists of both feature-length documentaries and short films. All the films are either spoken or subtitled in English

HALEEMA in India!
The “Voices From The Waters” Film Festival in Bangalore will screen HALEEMA during the festival from September 11-14 in the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA). Seating is free on a first come first served base. If you are in Indie be a part of this important event!

This is not only HALEEMA’s India premiere but also the first time every that one of my films is screened in a film festival in India. 🙂
